Stage 5 is designed for television production as well as film shoots. It features silent air-conditioning and sound attenuation of 50dB(c) minimum. It has an epoxy floor giving a super flat surface suitable for camera pedestals. Wall penetrations allow for the seamless connection of outside broadcast vans.

Production Offices
The upper floor houses a large partitioned office totalling 248 square metres (2,668 square feet) with a kitchen and bathrooms. The production office can be hired separately from the stage.
Audience Holding Area
This multi-purpose open area 192 square metres (2,066 square feet) can be used as a dining area or an audience/cast holding areas. It has male/female and disabled toilet facilities. This area can also be used as additional Production Office space.
